Zip file includes MD3 export (*.py) script for Blender 2.53(+) by xembie. Supports export of mesh and animation data to *.md3.

Installation & Use

Script should be installed via Blender Preferences. Once available MD3 export can be found as an Export option from the File menu. For more details see “[MD3] HOW TO… export animated MD3 from Blender” or “[MD3] EXPORT script for Blender 2.5+/2.6+” to report a bug or issue.
